How do you avoid golf injury? One of the best ways to avoid golf injury is with fitness, proper swing and grip. The reason why professional golfers get overuse injuries is because they take hours of practice while the ordinary golfer is most likely to get injured because of lack of conditioning, improper club grip and poor swing mechanism. Golf injuries in most cases are caused by overuse, duffs or mis-hits (this is when a player hit the ground as he swings), poor swing mechanisms, improper golf club handling, twisting your spine as you swing and skipping the initial warm ups before you start to play.
In order to prevent golf injuries, you need to teach yourself the following;
• Proper club grip and swing techniques
• Proper equipment
• Proper conditioning
The reason why a person get hurt while swinging is because the lumbar spine undergoes some forces which include rotation and compression.

Tendonitis is an illness that affects the tendons on the joints. There are a number of ways through which this condition can be treated naturally. The first thing you should do when you notice the symptoms of tendonitis is to ice the affected area. Use splinters to brace the joint area that has tendonitis.

Paraffin wax treatments are some kind of luxurious spa treatments that are aimed at moisturizing and softening the skin. These types of treatment are applied to the feet and hands as components of pedicure and manicure. Paraffin wax is different from the common spa wax that is normally used for the removal of air in the face and body.
Paraffin wax that is used as pedicure and manicure is much more viscous than the common one used in spa as it bonds to the skin. Because paraffin wax is made from paraffin oil components, it is a softer wax and thus melts at a lower temperature than the ordinary wax. When one is undergoing paraffin wax treatment, he is supposed to dip the feet or hands into the melted wax so that the skin is coated in generous layers. Once you dip your hands and feet, they are then wrapped in plastic or any other non-absorbent material and allow it some time to soak in the wax layer up to half an hour or so depending on e strength of the solution.

This kind of exercises involves holding a pair of lightweight dumbbells normally over your head. They should be in line with the shoulders and the shoulders should slightly remain bent. You need to keep your back straight and bent slowly as you directly face your left side and you need not twist the upper body.
Once you are done with that one, you need to pause and then bend to your right side as in the previous bend. You need to repeat this for 6 to 10 times if you are a beginner but if you are a more experienced person you can repeat as much as you can afford. You can also choose to do the speed rotation which involves standing in an upright position holding the dumbbell with both hands.
From here, you take a 90 degrees twist to your right and then 180 degrees to the left while keeping your abs tight and moving as fast as you could.
