Beta carotene is found in dark green leafy vegetables, deep yellow or orange fruits like orange carrots, mangoes, sweet potatoes cantaloupe, apricots, peaches) and vegetables and fortified cereals.
Zeaxanthin and lutein can be found in food sources like dark green leafy vegetables like spinach and broccoli, corn and peas.
