December 28, 2007

Although the stuff would have been made out of skimmed milk the sugar content may not have been controlled resulting into higher calories which would further convert to fat. It is likely that fat free soups might have preservatives and sodium beyond the required levels.
Indulging in a low fat controlled diet is useful when the logic and the consequences of ingredients are understood. Over engagement or under engagement of any of the nutrients can affect the overall balance of your health diet.
What is printed on the labels and cartons are all part of the trade gimmicks and practices. It is necessary to understand the actual meanings of what the statements indicate and what they claim.
