A soccer game or a pool party, children need to have their fun in the Sun, but BEWARE: they might get a burn!!<br />
Sunlight although a major cause of life is also a nuisance in many ways and can cause a lot of trouble ranging from painful sunburn to skin cancer. Your child is very susceptible to such dangers; here is how to avoid them:<br />
•	Avoid letting your child out in the sun during mid day when it is at its scorching worst.<br />
•	Use a good quality sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 15 for your child.<br />
•	Excessive heat and sunlight can cause dehydration so make sure your child drinks enough water or juices too keep themselves hydrated.<br />
•	Make your child wear caps outside in the Sun. They would love it if the cap has their favorite cartoon character on it, that way you could make them wear it!<br />
Keep these in mind and let your child enjoy the Sun!</p>

While we emphasize on things like the child brushing his teeth and getting a sip of water before going to sleep, we should also focus on things that can help your child have a sound sleep.</p>
<p>Bed time massage can help your child relax while sleeping. Singing out lullabies to them can also take their stress away. Verbal communication with your kids can be another way to help them forget their worries, calm their mind from the daily happening and thus, make them relax in their bed.</p>
<p>Muscle relaxation technique can also let your child have a feel of your gentle ways of keeping them relaxed. You can also ask your child to lie peacefully in bed with his eyes closed and imagine the description of the story that you would then narrate to him. All these techniques will definitely offer the much needed comfort to your kid.</p>
