Too much work pressure has eliminated scope of health activities and sports, including exercising. Regular exercising has lots of beneficial effect of the mind and body of an individual. People have the wrong notion that exercising is only necessary for attainment of perfect physique and body. But o	ne of the most important factors associated with daily exercising is complete digestion of food consumed. Most doctors and physicians recommend regular exercises to keep the digestive tract clear.</p>
<p>According to research, a healthy person has a comparatively faster rate of digestion. It also helps in elimination of digestive issues like bowel syndrome, diarrhea and constipation. Besides, being beneficial to the digestive system, regular exercise also prevents muscles from getting affected with atrophy. It helps in the sustenance of normal rate of metabolism, thereby reducing the rate of abnormal gain of weight. Complicated issues regarding heart and obesity can also be solved with regular workout regimes.</p>

It keeps the body flexible and in shape. However, in certain cases, exercises might be harmful too. It is essential for all of us to be informed of those conditions.</p>
<p>If you are having a high fever or are down with a bad cough, it is advisable not to exercise. Exercise may elevate your high body temperature leading to heat-stroke. Workouts are a strict no-no in cases of vomiting, nausea and diarrhea. Diarrhea and vomiting leads to excessive release of body fluids which results in dehydration. At this time, exercise would mean further reduction of body fluids as it elevates the body temperature. Until you are entirely rehydrated do not go for workouts.</p>
<p>Do not try to exercise if you have a back pain. Stop doing a particular move if it pains while exercising. In these cases, it is wiser to consult a doctor. Pregnant women, in certain cases are also advised to avoid exercises.</p>

There are basically 3 exercises to follow:</p>
<ul>
<li>Close your eyes and massage it with the pad of your thumbs first in anti-clockwise and then in the clockwise direction.</li>
<li>When working on computers we get used to focusing on things that are close, this might make us short sighted. To prevent this, while working focus on anything that is distant from you for a while.</li>
<li>You can also do the Ferris wheel exercise, in which you have to rotate the eyeballs and make a circle. This helps in strengthening and improving the elasticity especially.</li>
