Probably feelings of throwing up or even headaches or difference in hearing especially after traveling long hours? This is what is termed as motion sickness. All these symptoms come from the labyrinth which is a part of the inner ear as a result of changes in a person’s equilibrium.

Motion sickness can not be entirely avoided but can be minimized to a point so that traveling doesn’t have to be a night mare. A person should avoid strong smelling substances like perfumes as these may cause nausea.

If you are traveling by bus avoid seats that are directly below the wheels as these increase he rate of motion, when in a car sitting in the front is always preferable. Heavy foods should also be avoided because digestion of these foods is very slow and rapid movement will only help to get them out of the body through vomiting. Other things that can also be done is opening a car window to allow some fresh air and getting some drugs that can help avoid motion sickness.

Thyroid is an important organ of our body. It is a gland shaped like a butterfly that is situated near the neck. The rate of metabolism of a body is dependent on the thyroid. There are times when the thyroid dysfunctions and causes discomfort to the patient. Often people seem to blow up in extra ordinary proportion or lose weight rapidly. Such rapid weight changes are mainly caused by thyroid malfunctioning.

Here are a few main symptoms of thyroid dysfunction:
Weight fluctuation
Fatigue
Depression
Dry Skin
Pain in muscles
Joint pain
And so on.

There are many medications prescribed by doctors that would help to balance out the thyroid malfunction and ease off the pain and agony. Doctors are known to be proficient in this field and can treat it with the help of medications. In case of extreme situations, one can also resort to surgery to get rid of the thyroid gland once and for all. Surgery is mostly resorted in case of hypothyroidism.

Acid reflux is an extremely common disorder. People all across the globe seem to be suffering from it. Acid reflux is also known as heart burn. The name comes from the burning sensation caused near the heart thanks to excessive acids being produced by your body. Human body produces certain digestive acids in order to break down the food we consume and make it easier for our body to benefit from them. There are times, when the acid produced exceeds the normal level and starts to erode off the inner walls of our intestine.

Not many are aware of the fact that acid reflux can worsen their asthma condition. A lot of tests were conducted to ascertain the fact that an acid reflux condition in body triggers off asthma and worsens the condition.

How do you avoid golf injury? One of the best ways to avoid golf injury is with fitness, proper swing and grip. The reason why professional golfers get overuse injuries is because they take hours of practice while the ordinary golfer is most likely to get injured because of lack of conditioning, improper club grip and poor swing mechanism. Golf injuries in most cases are caused by overuse, duffs or mis-hits (this is when a player hit the ground as he swings), poor swing mechanisms, improper golf club handling, twisting your spine as you swing and skipping the initial warm ups before you start to play.
In order to prevent golf injuries, you need to teach yourself the following;
•	Proper club grip and swing techniques
•	Proper equipment
•	Proper conditioning
The reason why a person get hurt while swinging is because the lumbar spine undergoes some forces which include rotation and compression.
