Almost all of us are troubled by plaque. Whatever we eat stays back in our mouth and gives birth to bacteria. The sooner we get rid of them, the better it is for us. These tiny food particles start to settle on our teeth and in the gaps between them.

Though brushing in the proper way is the best way to get rid of plaque, it is not a fool proof method. The bristles do not reach those nooks and corners in the mouth where bacteria are being manifested. Brushing is just the initial step that one needs to take in order to ensure that plaque is removed with few hassles.

Flossing your teeth regularly is another great way to remove your plaque with few hassles. Ideally, one should brush twice and floss once daily. Remember, that there is no age bar when it comes to flossing. Even young children with few milk teeth can floss daily.
The whole idea to use the floss is to get rid of the plaque that is settled in between the teeth and cannot be reached by the brush.
Floss once to see the result, if required repeat the entire process.
