<p>1.	Talk about it to someone you are close to or somebody who knows you quite well. Sharing your thoughts reduces much of the burden. Try and figure out what may be disturbing you.</p>
<p>2.	Try to do things which would make you feel good or may be something that you have not done for quite a long time.</p>
<p>3.	Remain physically active. This would not allow your mind to be idle and think of being sad and lonely. You may also practice yoga or meditation to relax your mind.</p>
<p>4.	Go for a vacation. Hectic monotonous life sets in boredom.</p>
<p>5.	If you feel that nothing is helping you then consult a doctor or a counselor.</p>

The major symptoms of hypertension are headache, dizziness, breathing problems, anxiety, blurred visions, confusion, anxiety, vomiting and nausea.</p>
<p>Hypertension may lead to a variety of complications in the body such as cardiovascular disease and kidney disease. If any of the above symptoms of hypertension are present then it is always better to take diagnostic test for hypertension. The diagnostic tests used for hypertension are finger cuff blood pressure test and sphygmomanometer.
