It can be the result of any illness or it can be just because of too much of activity in your nervous system. Below are given some tips to reduce excessive sweating.

Firstly, consult a doctor to know the exact cause of excessive sweating. The information would determine the ways of your treatment.

Natural remedies like honey and sage tea are very helpful to reduce sweating. Then, you can apply some topical lotions and antiperspirants on the affected parts. Oral medications like anticholinergics help to lessen the sweat release as they restrain the stimulation of your sweat glands. But it is not effective on focal sweating. Electric stimulation is also advised, especially for the sweaty feet or hands. Then there are Botox injections and surgeries like Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy, Axillary Suction Curettage and Lumbar Sympathectomy.

But all these, apart from the natural ones can have side effects. So, consult a doctor before trying them.

Often, people relate them with stress; however it is more to do with negligence of certain other parameters. Lowering those risk parameters can only help in preventing a heart attack. It is always ideal to have a healthy lifestyle in order to minimize the risk of having an attack. You might also need certain treatments for medical conditions, which raises your risk – bringing in stability is the key. A healthy lifestyle choice in order to help prevent an attack includes a moderately low-fat diet and more of fruits and green vegetables. One should be careful about the quantity of food being consumed. You should immediately start to lose weight in case you are obese. This can in fact control the high blood pressure and cholesterol. Also, you should try to quit smoking and do physical exercises immediately with the guidance of your doctor.

When this plant gets in contact with a person’s skin, it causes a rash known as the poison ivy rash. The rash normally starts as red discolorations, then bumps and finally blisters form on the skin which are extremely itchy. The symptoms of poison ivy include having red and raised patches on the skin, skin reddening of the skin, tiny blisters and very itchy skin.

The treatment of poison ivy can be got by using homeopathy which stimulates the immune system and Rhus ox 30c which is a good treatment. It is normally not easy to notice a poison ivy plant since it is normally hidden within other types of vegetation and therefore one can easily come into contact with it. To avoid unnecessary contact, a person has to keep their body covered by wearing long sleeved tops and trousers. Gloves may also be necessary when working in the garden. In case of any contact with poison ivy, it is advisable to wash the skin with plenty of cool water as soon as possible.

The yeast infection treatment includes:

Creams: in case the infection is not very severe and in case of the candidasis the creams which are used are include: clotrimazole, nystatin, and miconazole. They are used once a day for a fortnight.

Oral treatment: in case the creams fail and the infection worsens then the oral dose of antibiotics is given and these include medicines like fluconazole.

In case both the above fail to improve the condition then the fluid is taken and is tested for the type of infection caused.

You can also go in for herbal or homemade treatments and remedies.

But it is advisable that you seek a doctor as soon as you contract a yeast infection or the case may worsen and something terrible may happen…

It is a fact that medicinal drugs do not cure acid reflux; instead they are used to inhibit the symptoms. However, you should not worry as there are a number of other ways to heal acid reflux.

One of the things you should do is to eat food in smaller but more frequent serves. You can try to eat four or five times a day to avoid stomach upsets. Eat your food with garlic. This is one of those natural antibiotics that kill harmful pathogens and helps restore the stomach’s normal functioning. Did you know that chewing gum can also help heal acid reflux? When you chew gum, a lot of saliva is produced. The saliva’s alkaline nature is a good antacid agent for your stomach. You can also eat other alkaline rich foods such as potatoes.
