Colon Cleansing Diet

In the course of your everyday life, people are surrounded by toxins and they don’t even know it. These range from pesticides, trans fats in the food, car exhaust fumes in the air or chemicals in the soft drinks that you consume, the body is exposed to pollutants all day long.
Colon cleansing is a great way of getting rid of all these pollutant that make one feel sick and fatigued. There are several diets that one can go on to clean their colon off the trans fats and as soon as one looses the fats they are able to gain a great shape and a feel good factor.
Use organic fruits and vegetables as they have less pollutants and chemicals. Organic food also recommended as they have a high nutritional content than non-organic commercialized produce. The diet should mostly consist of juiced, raw, frozen, or lightly steamed fruits and veggies. Corn should be avoided but at the same time white potatoes can be eaten only in moderation.
