Exercises to improve your vision

Did you ever know that eye exercises can actually do wonders for you? Yes it surely does and this has been proved. It helps to strengthen your eye muscles and makes them more elastic, it also relaxes it. These exercises are especially meant for people who work on computers or watch a lot of television. This also helps in maintaining and improving your vision. There are basically 3 exercises to follow:
- Close your eyes and massage it with the pad of your thumbs first in anti-clockwise and then in the clockwise direction.
- When working on computers we get used to focusing on things that are close, this might make us short sighted. To prevent this, while working focus on anything that is distant from you for a while.
- You can also do the Ferris wheel exercise, in which you have to rotate the eyeballs and make a circle. This helps in strengthening and improving the elasticity especially.
