How much water to drink

Health Care & WaterThere really isn’t a fixed answer to this but a more casual approach would be to drink enough water. Most times, your body may feel starved and what people readily do is grab a bite. The reality could be quite different because your body could really be asking for water instead. It’s essential that you don’t drink water during your meals because that will reduce salivation which isn’t too good for food digestion. A good time to drink water is after you reach work. Between the time you step into work and wait for lunch break you can help yourself to quite a few cups of water and the same pattern can be followed post lunch till you get home.

It’s a good idea to drink water before you sleep and a great thing to do each morning when you wake up. It would be better still if you could switch to room temperature water rather than drinking chilled water at all times.
