Hypertension can generally occur due to a variety of causes and can be treated depending on the type and causes. Secondary hypertension can occur as a manifestation of a major disease in the body. Many times hypertension may not show any specific symptoms in the body. The major symptoms of hypertension are headache, dizziness, breathing problems, anxiety, blurred visions, confusion, anxiety, vomiting and nausea.

Hypertension may lead to a variety of complications in the body such as cardiovascular disease and kidney disease. If any of the above symptoms of hypertension are present then it is always better to take diagnostic test for hypertension. The diagnostic tests used for hypertension are finger cuff blood pressure test and sphygmomanometer. It is always better to take diagnostic tests for hypertension once in a year to lead a healthy lifestyle.
