Oblique Exercises for Men

This kind of exercises involves holding a pair of lightweight dumbbells normally over your head. They should be in line with the shoulders and the shoulders should slightly remain bent. You need to keep your back straight and bent slowly as you directly face your left side and you need not twist the upper body.
Once you are done with that one, you need to pause and then bend to your right side as in the previous bend. You need to repeat this for 6 to 10 times if you are a beginner but if you are a more experienced person you can repeat as much as you can afford. You can also choose to do the speed rotation which involves standing in an upright position holding the dumbbell with both hands.
From here, you take a 90 degrees twist to your right and then 180 degrees to the left while keeping your abs tight and moving as fast as you could.
