Arrange your items properly. You will need a cuticle pusher, a nail polish remover, a clear nail coat and polish and a nail cutter. Make sure you have cotton wool and moisturizer at hand as well. At first, moisten your fingertips in the warm water and then use the cuticle pusher to push back any uneven surfaces. Then cut and file your nails as you desire. Finish up the job by applying nail polish and top coat. Finally when it dries, apply moisturizer and you are all ready to shine!

The next step is to use the right products on your skin. Never use a harsh soap when you are taking a shower. It is a good idea to use a body gel.
Thirdly take adequate after bath care. If you live in a cold place, use moisturizer after bath and if you live in a warm place use the right kind of moisturizers. Fourthly, never take any step that would be wrong for your skin, like always wash off make up or applied powder, wax instead of shave and the like. Fifthly and most importantly, eat right.
