Though the word might sound strange and scary, what many people don’t know is that swine flu is just like any other flu. The difference between this and other ones is that this is very new and there is very little known about it.
Pregnant women, children under the age of two and people with health complications like asthma and liver problems.
To help reduce the chances of one contracting the flu, they should wash their hands often and long. Adults could use alcohol and other types of sanitizers on their hands since the virus can be transferred by coughs or even hand shakes. Insist that your kids always their hands long with soap.
It is a good idea to take the swine flu shots early. This way, you will be reducing the chances of you contracting the H1N1. You will also be educated on ways to prevent you and your family from catching the flu.
