The chelation story

Date September 17, 2008

Chelation is the technique of using chelating agents to remove the deposits of heavy metals from the body. The chelating agent may be administered intravenously, intramuscularly or orally. The way it is administered depends upon the type of agent and the poisoning that has occurred. Patients who suffer from hardening of the arteries are often administered EDTA therapy for the removal of plaques that block the arteries. Arterial plaque is the most commonly found toxin. This needs to be treated and removed in order to ensure the arteries from being plagued and to achieve a greater cardio vascular health.

EDTA is the main chelating agent in this process. Oral chelation has also been found to be effective. When taken orally it absorbs itself safely in the cells of duodenum. Further it does not need any digestive process to enter the bloodstream. Because of their minuscule size they are used widely in the cases of impotency. In the present scenario environmental pollution is on the rise posing dangers of chemicals like gasoline, cadmium, lead, carbon monoxide and various other particles to the health. This harmful exposure has resulted in the cases of several physical illnesses like insomnia, heart problems and cancers. At this juncture the oral formula of chelation has been proved to be a panacea for all cures.

The longevity of an individual is likely to increase due to the administration of oral chelation therapy. Oral chelation can, in general, serve as a non-invasive, convenient and formula for long term health improvement. Since it contains enzymes (based from plants) the body metabolism gets an up thrust. And ensure that you have consulted your doctor before you take up any medicinal practices.
