It allows the user to have an intake of only minimal volumes of calories into the body taken in form of sugary beverages.
The master cleanse diet is propounded as having anti stomach ulcer results. This is because it removes the fatty tissues from the stomach and reduces the abundance of bacteria. Due to the detoxification and weight loss, a person has the ability to stem many diseases and maintain a slim, healthy body figure. The dieting period begins from an average of ten days to a maximum of forty. The diet is only relieved by minimal consumption of other vegetables.
