April 11, 2010
Depression has been known to cause trauma when left to persist. The brain plays a role in almost all parts of the human system. For normal functioning of the body, the mind has to be relaxed hence the need to do away with depression. Some levels of depression are so severe that a person has to seek medical attention but whatever the case be it mild or severe, diets go a long way in helping to get rid of depression.
A depressed person usually looses their appetite and may end up not eating at wall. To get this back, they should eat lots of fruits and vegetables as these raise the production of serotonin which is a chemical in the brain that helps to improve a person’s mood.
A diet containing fish can also aid in reducing depression. Fish contains Omega 3 which has been known to enhance brain development. Therefore be it as it may, eat healthy diets and exercising from time to time helps to reduce depression.
