• Discuss on this matter with some of your close friends or anyone with whom you can share. Sharing is the best medicine in mood disorder.
• Go to the root; try to figure out the possible reason for your depression.
• Start doing any of your favorite things; it may be dance, drawing, reading books, cooking, listening music or anything.
• Make yourself busy, so that you would not find time to feel lonely. You can start meditation or yoga as well.
• If possible, plan for a vacation.
